A lovely coworker had an emergency appendectomy over the weekend. Anyone I know that has surgery (or has a baby!) gets a quilt from me!
So this is my take on a “Guy Quilt.” Easy half square triangle blocks at a very large 14″ each. I challenged myself to only use fabric that I had on hand. In this case it was Parson Gray fabric by David Butler that I’d saved for a special occasion. I cut and sewed enough for a second quilt for another “special guy” and still have more leftover!
